How to Join
Pera Finance will give a start for the competition with a tweet from the Pera Finance official Twitter page. Here are the rules for the meme competition:

- Post your meme on Twitter as a reply to Pera Finance meme competition tweet with the tags #PeraMemeCompetition $PERA @PeraFinance
- The competition will continue from 7th of June 2021, 12:00 UTC to 14th of June 2021, 12:00 UTC. You can submit your works anytime during that period.
- You can join the competition with more than one meme. You should send your each meme as a separate post and by following the rules above.
Theme
User can submit any PERA related memes for the meme competition. Some suggestions include:
- PERA Token decentralized trading competition — first in the DeFi space
- Beginning of DeFi 2.0 with Pera Finance
- Pera Finance yield farming structure; that rewards 1- Traders 2- LP Token Stakers 3- Holders
- Upcoming PERA Token SHO on the DAO Maker platform
The potential winners will be notified via direct message within five days after being selected. Each potential winner must respond to the winner notification within seventy-two (72) hours of being notified; if not, an alternate potential winner will be selected.

GENERAL
1. Sponsor:
Meme competition (“competition”) is sponsored by Pera Finance.
2. Eligibility:
The competition is open on the date of entry to those who have a Twitter account that is following Pera Finance official Twitter page.
3. Competition Period:
The competition begins on June 07 2021 15:00 UTC and ends on June 14 2021 15:00 UTC (“competition period”).
4. How to Enter:
To participate and enter this competition: you will need a Twitter account. To enter the competition on Twitter, entrants must post their meme on Twitter as a reply to Pera Finance meme competition tweet with the tags #PeraMemeCompetition $PERA @PeraFinance
- Each entrant is allowed to submit unlimited number of entries.
- For the purpose of this competition, only entries that are recorded through Twitter’s servers will be considered. The Twitter database clock will be the official timekeeper for this competition.
- The sponsor is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of the Twitter service that may interfere with the competition (including any limitations, restrictions, or any conditions on sponsor’s ability to use Twitter for the competition as set forth herein that are not acceptable to sponsor) or ability of entrant to timely enter, receive notices or communicate with sponsor via Twitter, in which case sponsor, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify the competition. It is a potential winner’s responsibility to set his/her social media account as applicable, to accept contacts by sponsor and to timely check such account for any sponsor direct messages.
5. Copyright:
Pera Finance does NOT accept any kind of copyright issues, so don’t violate any copyright laws with your creatives.
6. Content:
No explicit content (strong language; references to violence, physical, or mental abuse, nudity or sexualized content and discriminatory language).
7. Winners Selection:
Five (+1 bonus prize winner) entries or submissions will be selected by a panel of Pera Finance Team. The entries will be rated and ranked based on predetermined winning criteria set by Pera Finance. The entrants will be granted a predetermined amount of USDT based on the rating and/or ranking of the entries or submissions.
8. Winner Notification:
The Prize Winners will be notified by receiving a direct message from Pera Finance to their Twitter account with a request for their USDT wallet address. (a “winner notification”).
Once the Prize Winner provides such information they will receive the prize in their USDT wallet.
If any winner notification or other competition communication is rejected or returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable attempt has been made by sponsor (as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion), or if the potential winner fails to respond to a winner notification within 3 business days, the prize will be forfeited in sponsor’s sole discretion and an alternate winner may be selected (time permitting) based on the original method of winner selection in sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may only look to six (6) alternate winners for the applicable prize, at which point the applicable prize may be deemed unclaimed and sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to such prize. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate potential sinner. If legitimately claimed in compliance with these official rules, the prize will be awarded. To claim a prize, a winner must follow the directions in his or her winner notification.
